PILLEDAY Inc. (the “Company”) establishes and discloses the following privacy policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, so that it may protect the personal information of data subjects and handle related grievances promptly.
1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
- Provision of goods and services: order intake, product delivery, identity verification, customer support
- Responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints and delivering notices
- Service improvement and statistical analysis (in non-identifiable form)

Health and allergy information entered for AI personalized recommendations is processed in your browser in order to produce the recommendation, and the Company does not separately store it in identifiable form.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. Where retention is required under relevant laws, however, it is kept for the applicable period (records of contracts and order withdrawals: 5 years; records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years; records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years; records of labeling and advertising: 6 months, and so on).
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and Outsourced Processing
The Company provides personal information to third parties only in the cases covered by the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the consent of the data subject or under special provisions of law. To provide the service, certain tasks such as delivery and hosting may be entrusted to processors, and any such entrustment is managed securely in accordance with relevant laws. (Hosting: 카페24(주))
5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Data subjects may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information. When they contact the privacy officer in writing, by phone or by email, the Company will act without delay.
6. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Company manages personal information securely through administrative measures (internal management plans and training), technical measures (access rights management, encryption and security software) and physical measures (controlled access to records).
7. Use of Cookies
The Company may use cookies to make the service more convenient to use. Users may refuse the storage of cookies in their web browser settings, although doing so may limit the use of some services.
